Emergency Bonding for a Chipped Tooth - Carrollton, TX*

Our patient who's had her front teeth bonded for years broke one of them biting into some food and needed to come in for an emergency appointment to see what we could do for her. Dr. Tim Nguyen was able to get her in right away to do a quick assessment and provide some options. That day Dr. Tim Nguyen was able to bond a composite or white filling material to restore the broken piece of tooth and previous filling. He used a variety of different shades to blend the filling in to where it looks natural and you can hardly tell that such a large portion of that tooth is now bonded filling. Long term this tooth will need a stronger full coverage restoration to protect the tooth, but this is a fantastic result for a temporary fix and our patient is able to leave with her tooth back!
