Emergency Temporary Crown to Beautiful Final Porcelain Crown, Plano TX*

Our patient came in as an emergency appointment with the dreaded broken front tooth, in this case it was a broken crown that was done years ago. We were able to fabricate a temporary crown right away! After some discussion if we should do a "same day crown" the decision was made to do a "traditional impression" that way we could do what is called a "custom shade". A custom shade is the pinnacle of where art meets dentistry. One of the hardest things to do is to match the color or shade on a single crown or veneer on a front tooth, but with the help of our rockstar local lab we were able to match the other teeth dead on and give our patient her smile back!
