Special Smile Makeover, Plano TX***

This wasn't a traditional smile makeover, but just as beautiful a turnout. This case the patient and Dr. Tim Nguyen discussed quite a bit on what we could do and what compromises we would have to make by not doing some orthodontics. By not doing some orthodontics the compromise we have to make is that we would accept that one tooth would be 'longer' than the others. With our patient's smile this is never seen, so this was definitely a doable compromise that could be made. As you see in the before picture the teeth are in the same positions, but with beautiful porcelain work we are able to do some "instant orthodontics' and create more esthetic shape and form for the teeth to really enhance the smile!
