When I cannot save any of the teeth in one arch, the decision is do you want a removable or a non-removable appliance? In removable, you can do a standard, full denture. But a lot of people come to us and say, "I don't want anything removable," so we also have kind of a third choice. They still have a full denture, but they have implants, two or four implants under that denture so they snap in their denture, and that denture snaps in, it snaps out. Patients really enjoy those, but it is removable. But it is a more economical way of getting their teeth restored to full function.
